Unique Monique (individuality)

I'm very focused on self-esteem, self-acceptance and individuality this week!  I have several posts planned for the week and coincidentally they are all about some form of self-acceptance.  Today I am focusing on the book Unique Monique.  This book is really cute!  It is different from yesterday's book, A Bad Case of the Stripes, in that Monique WANTS to stand out and be different from her classmates.  You can buy Unique Monique HERE.

Description from Amazon:  Monique hates her school uniform.  Brown and blue?  Who wants to wear brown and blue?  Monique wants to be different.  One day she finds a trunk filled iwth her mother's old clohtes, and the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that Monique transforms her boring old brown and blue, (and herself), until she finally learns that no matter what you wear, individuality always shines.  You can purchase the book HERE.
